We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to showcase their skills in both fine dining and nightlife settings.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and upselling where appropriate to enhance the guest experience.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils.</li><li>Handle POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast POS accurately for order processing and cash handling.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies at all times.</li><li>Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy hours by utilizing excellent time management skills.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events like banquets or catering functions.</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or late-night settings.</li><li>Assist in training new team members on proper serving techniques, POS systems, and customer service standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems; experience with cashiering and cash handling is essential.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts using strong organizational skills.</li><li>Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately, including retail math concepts related to sales and tipping.</li><li>Experience working in the food industry or hospitality environment is advantageous; retail math knowledge is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting can be an added benefit for creating specialty drinks.
