We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented company formation specialist to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in client coordination, company formation processes, PRO support, and visa follow-up services. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate with clients for end-to-end support on company setup and business formation services in the UAE.</li><li>Assist with the preparation and submission of documents for company registration, trade licenses, and government approvals.</li><li>Provide PRO support including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor/immigration formalities.</li><li>Follow up on visa processes, ensuring timely updates to clients and internal teams.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processes.</li><li>Liaise with various government authorities and free zones as required.</li><li>Ensure timely and smooth execution of operational tasks.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, preferably within UAE-based company formation or PRO services.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE company setup procedures, visa processing, and labor laws.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple client interactions and follow-ups professionally.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tools.</li><li>Good command over English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Candidate:<ul><li>with immediate or short notice availability.</li><li>Familiar with dealings in Free Zones and Mainland company setups.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
