As a Manager, Quality Assurance supporting Saudi Arabia, you will be trusted to build and lead the Quality function from the ground up, ensuring full compliance with global and local regulatory requirements while supporting one of the fastest‑growing markets in the Middle East. You will play a pivotal role in establishing the Quality System, shaping the local team, and partnering closely with leadership to ensure operational excellence. 
A typical day in this role will include: 
<ul><li>Collaborating with cross‑functional teams and leadership to embed a strong Quality Culture and ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GDP, EU‑MDR (where applicable), and Saudi regulatory requirements.</li><li>Acting as the Quality Management Representative and, where required, the Responsible Person for wholesale distribution, ensuring adherence to local and international standards.</li><li>Leading quality operations including batch documentation review, product release, storage and distribution oversight, supplier qualification, and management of non‑conformances and CAPAs.</li><li>Preparing for and managing external inspections by Health Authorities and Notified Bodies, ensuring timely closure of audit findings and robust CAPA implementation.</li><li>Driving vigilance and technovigilance activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to local authorities and acting as the affiliate representative when required.</li></ul></div><div>
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BRING TO ALCON 
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a Scientific or Engineering discipline.</li><li>At least 5 years of Quality experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820.</li><li>Experience with vigilance/technovigilance processes and strict reporting requirements.</li><li>Strong capability working with digital systems; SAP experience is an advantage.</li><li>Fluency in English and strong communication skills to operate in an international environment.</li><li>Flexibility, adaptability, precision, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.</li><li>People management experience is an advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with Saudi regulatory requirements is highly preferred.</li></ul></div><div>

We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented individuals to join Alcon. As a Glaucoma Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for covering a large territory and focusing on a defined target list of physicians and practitioners. This is a remote role supporting the Jackson, MS territory. The position also ensures that the needs of all partners are met in compliance with company guidelines, while developing strong relationships and maintaining an active presence within the pharmaceutical community and associated organizations throughout the Jackson, MS area.</div>

In this role, a typical day will include:<ul><li>
Build disease awareness with key partners, validated understanding of treatment initiation processes, patient identification etc.</li><li>
Collaborate with partners, internally and externally, on prior authorization, payor restrictions, reimbursement stipulations, and patient referrals to support patient access.</li><li>
Manage the sales budget and grow sales across the territory through development of impactful territory plan and engaging communications.</li><li>
Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.</li><li>
Grow relationships and communications with all partners and communities to develop solid understanding of treatment algorithm and business dynamics within accounts.</li><li>
Implement compliant and medically relevant programs to effect significant customer satisfaction and sales.</li><li>
Cover and visit all customers in the area of responsibility according to their importance and potential.</li><li>
Manages accounts for all business-related aspects (sales, negotiation, development, relation with owner and managers, define solutions for customer needs).</li><li>
Develop excellent and fruitful relations with customers and opinion leaders.</li><li>
Participate, develop, and conduct different meetings and events (congresses, round tables, trainings).</li><li>
Establish and present action plans to achieve sales target.</li><li>
Plan and track agreed account metrics and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly.</li><li>
Keeps constant touch on market evolution.</li><li>
Coordinate trainings, informative programs, and product presentations.</li><li>
Prospect the market for new accounts and identify grow opportunities.</li></ul>

Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.)</li><li>

Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist - Jackson, MS

As a Sr. Associate, Channel/Partner Promotion &ndash; DEOH based in Jeddah, you will support hospitals, clinics, and selected pharmacies, working closely with ophthalmologists and surgeons across Jeddah and surrounding regions to promote the Systane Family (eye drops for dry eye relief and hydration) and drive customer engagement. This is a fully field-based role.
A typical day in this role will include:<ul><li>
Support key accounts and hospital networks, including referral systems and market access. Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage inquiries and complaints professionally.</li><li>
Support pharmacy-level activities including product education, merchandising, and relationship building to ensure optimal visibility and sell-through.</li><li>
Develop and execute business plans including customer events, marketing campaigns, and sales presentations to achieve objectives. Provide input into promotional fund usage and territory sales forecasting.</li><li>
Maintain deep understanding of priority products and therapeutic areas. Stay updated on product strategy, positioning, key messages, company developments, customer needs, and competitor landscape.</li><li>
Accountable for meeting agreed objectives, productivity, and performance targets within set budgets and timelines. Responsible for sales planning, target setting, reporting, and team/account knowledge.</li><li>
Achieve contact, coverage, and frequency targets using various communication channels. Contribute to team success through collaboration and cooperative relationships.</li><li>
Follow adverse event and Code of Conduct guidelines as per Alcon standards. Ensure timely and accurate reporting, and demonstrate behavior aligned with company values.</li></ul>
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BRING TO ALCON:<ul><li>
At minimum, a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in pharmacy or another relevant medical, pharmaceutical, or life science field</li><li>
Residency in Jeddah or willingness to be based there</li><li>
Native-level proficiency in Arabic and fluent English communication skills</li><li>
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in medical sales, ideally within ophthalmology or a closely related therapeutic area</li><li>
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory as part of a field-based role</li><li>
A positive, proactive, and self-driven mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills</li></ul>
NICE TO HAVE:<ul><li>
