As a Principal Embedded Software Engineer (m/f/d) supporting the R&amp;D Software Engineering Team, you will be trusted to lead embedded software development and drive system architecture at our Erlangen site. You will own requirements, architecture, and delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and aligning with cross-functional domains.

Strong experience in architectural design of embedded systems, especially using QNX</li><li>

The Everest Training Coordinator (Professional Path) manages the full training lifecycle, including planning and maintaining training calendars, scheduling sessions, coordinating nominations, managing learner inquiries, and overseeing logistics and vendor coordination. This role supports attendance tracking, evaluation reporting, and billing processes, while facilitating training across classroom, virtual, and e-learning formats.  role is an entry‑level to early‑career field sales position focused on in‑person engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role executes core selling activities, builds foundational customer relationships, and drives product awareness and adoption through consistent field presence and compliant selling practices.
 
 
 
 In this role, a typical day will include:
 
 
 
 Field Sales Execution
 
 
 <ul>

 Conduct daily, in‑person sales visits to physicians, clinics, optometry practices, and medical offices within an assigned territory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present clinical data, product features, and appropriate use information to influence prescribing behavior and product utilization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Secure orders, commitments, or agreements to prescribe or utilize Alcon pharmaceutical products, in accordance with policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Routinely plan and execute field routing schedules to maintain strong territory coverage and high levels of field presence.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Customer Engagement &amp; Relationship Building
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and maintain professional relationships with HCPs and office staff to expand access, utilization, and advocacy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support product adoption through consistent follow‑up, education, and responsiveness to customer needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in industry meetings, training programs, and regional or national sales meetings as required.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Product &amp; Compliance Management

 Conduct sample drops accurately and in full compliance with PDMA, company policy, and regulatory requirements.

 Maintain a strong working knowledge of assigned products, disease states, and competitive landscape.
 </li>

 Operate at all times in accordance with Alcon Integrity &amp; Compliance standards and applicable laws and regulations.

 Complete required CRM documentation, email correspondence, and expense reporting accurately and on time.
