<b>Your Valued Contributions:</b><br>
The Senior Human Resources Generalist performs a variety of complex human resources duties on a professional level, partnering closely with senior HR management and various managers across AHC, in supporting HR processes and department-specific strategies. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance. This position serves as a coach and mentor for other HR team members.</div>
<div><div><ul><li><b>Employee Relations:</b>
<ul><li>Provides counsel and support to managers/supervisors on issues of company/HR policy application, production operation Human Resource needs and provides HR services to team members.</li>
<li>Conduct ER investigations. Works to resolve employee relations issues. Investigates, counsels and assists in resolving disputes.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li><b>Recruitment and Staffing:</b>
<ul><li>Oversees and deepens managers&rsquo; skills in the recruitment process, including job scoping, posting, applicant assessments, interviews, and selection.</li>
<li>Coordinates preparations, delivers orientation, and supports managers to establish and implement a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including review and enhancement of department training programs</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li><b>Performance Management:</b>
<ul><li>Review and track performance reviews and issues and any concerning issues.</li>
<li>Assist with the organization's performance management process by coaching, educating, and providing feedback to managers/supervisors.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li><b>Training and Development:</b>
<ul><li>Support the creation of professional development initiatives.</li>
<li>Support the strategy for continuous, ongoing training and development that extends beyond the initial onboarding period, supporting employees throughout their entire tenure at a company.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li><b>Compensation:</b>
<ul><li>Provide Finance/Payroll with HR information to ensure the accurate and timely payment of wages and bonuses.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li><b>Policy Development and Compliance:</b>
<ul><li>Assist with development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and alignment with overall organizational goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li><b>HR Administration:</b>
<ul><li>Serve as System administrator for HRIS system.</li>
<li>Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, and managing HRIS data.</li>
<li>Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li><b>Employee Engagement:</b>
<ul><li>Support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, surveys, and events to foster a positive work culture.</li>
</ul></li></ul></div></div><div></div><div><b>Required Training &amp; Experience:</b></div>
<ul><li>Microsoft Office Suite or related software</li>
<li>Possesses the ability to secure transportation to allow for reliable and timely work attendance, including when business is required to be conducted at sites other than your primary worksite.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources management or related field: Required (combination of relevant work experience and education considered).</li>
<li>Four to six years progressive Human Resource professional experience. Training in Federal, state laws and application of HR policy and positive employee relations.</li>
<li>SHRM-CP/PHR certification a plus.</li>
