We are committed to delivering quality, efficiency, and reliability to our clients, supported by a strong team and professional operations.Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our team. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accounts Management: Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.</li><li>Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, and supporting documentation.</li><li>Bank Reconciliation: Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements.</li><li>Invoicing &amp; Collections: Generate invoices, follow up on payments, and ensure timely collections from clients.</li><li>Payroll Management: Prepare and process employee salaries, allowances, and statutory deductions.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.</li><li>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting: Assist management with budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial forecasting.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure adherence to local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors by providing necessary documents and reports.</li><li>Inventory &amp; Asset Records: Track and record company assets, equipment, and inventory for financial purposes.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.</li><li>Proven experience as an Accountant (experience in equipment rental or construction sector is a plus).</li><li>Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally or ERP systems).</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills.</li><li>Professional work environment with opportunities for growth.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team culture.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, New gradPay: BD200.000 - BD300.000 per month
