 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The
 
 Analyst &ndash; Asset Management
 
 will support the Corporate Director in overseeing and driving the performance of Aldar Hospitality&rsquo;s portfolio of third party managed and self-operated hotels and leisure assets.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Attend Business Review Meetings (BRMs) and keep concise and accurate minutes of all meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure distribution to wider audience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain OTA Ranking Tracker for assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and keep updated Operator Search Brand Glossary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare Pitch Decks for Operator selections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure HMA Cheat sheet updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reporting for budgets, CAPEX &amp; FF&amp;E Letters for all assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review, benchmark and analyze hotel and portfolio-level financial data and keep informed of the dynamics of each market area to develop a strong understanding of the hotels and their respective markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review, understand and ensure compliance of management agreements and loan documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Where appropriate, identify, analyze and implement opportunities for increased revenues and expense savings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Corporate Director of Asset Management with reviewing operating budgets, capital budgets and other plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track the performance of hospitality assets under management and flag any potential issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep informed of hotel industry trends and how such trends may impact the Company&rsquo;s portfolio of third party managed hotels and leisure assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with Board, ExCo and other reports as requested and where applicable.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of five years of experience in Asset / Investment analysis or related roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in delivering results
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and quantitative skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and presentation abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent time management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Foundational knowledge of hotel operations a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player, organized, and strong communication skills.
 </li>
