<b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b><br>

<ul><li>Oversees rent schedules and monthly rent payment approvals for all leased Aldi locations.</li><li>Oversees CTI (CAM, taxes, and insurance) reconciliation process for all leased Aldi locations.
</li><li>Oversees all incoming landlord communication including legal notices and actions or disseminate as appropriate.</li><li>Manages the abstracting process for all newly executed leases or subleases.</li><li>Serves as the point of contact for all sublease tenant obligations including utilities, accounts receivable, and maintenance requests.</li><li>Coordinates with 3rd party partners such as landlords, attorneys and property managers.</li><li>Oversees lease administration of new projects until transitioned to divisional teams.</li><li>Reviews and analyzes legal documentation commonly used in commercial real estate.</li><li>Assists direct leader in negotiating and executing initiatives such as lease negotiation, landlord approvals, lease renewals, amendments, extensions, etc.</li><li>Assists with implementation and rollout of large-scale projects.</li><li>Drives projects and tasks to completion through effective prioritization, time management, and collaboration.</li><li>Facilitates any changes to real estate processes and procedures.</li><li>Liaises with project teams and divisions to ensure timely and efficient communication flow.</li><li>Assists their direct leader with real estate tasks on an as needed basis.</li><li>Maintains accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.</li><li>Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.</li><li>Complies with ALDI privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
