<ul><li>Stocks shelves and displays neatly while following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.</li><li>Stockers must be able to arrive to work as early as 5:00am.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.</li><li>Assists store management in achieving operational efficiency goals.</li><li>Assists store management in achieving total loss goals.</li><li>Complies with all established company policies and processes.</li><li>Supports store management in providing a safe working environment by identifying and rectifying hazards, ensuring proper ergonomics, and maintaining equipment in proper working order.</li><li>Maintains store zones standards and merchandising standards at all times.</li><li>Adheres to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.</li><li>Performs general cleaning tasks to company standards.</li></ul>

Cashier Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Properly utilizes the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately scan and process customer purchases and informs store management of scanning concerns or errors.</li><li>Adheres to cash policies and procedures.</li><li>Follows the line policy and opens additional check lanes as required to ensure an efficient checkout.</li><li>Complete curbside pickup orders by accurately retrieving items from the store, verifying order contents, and ensuring timely delivery to customers&rsquo; vehicles from the staging area.</li></ul>

Stocker Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Stocks shelves and displays neatly while following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.</li><li>Stockers must be able to arrive to work as early as 5:00am.</li></ul>

Physical Demands:
<ul><li>Required to push, pull, sit, stand, reach, grasp, twist, bend, and move from one area to another.</li><li>Required to lift, carry, and place product weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights, including overhead.</li><li>Required to operate equipment such as a cash register, electric and manual hand jacks, floor scrubber and cardboard baler.</li><li>Required to stock product in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments.</li><li>Required to use glass and multipurpose cleaning products.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.</li><li>Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, cardboard baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.</li><li>Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.</li><li>Ability to perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and with others.</li><li>Ability to organize, prioritize and complete assigned tasks to maximize productivity within established timeframes.</li><li>Ability to maintain reliable and prompt attendance.</li><li>Ability to meet availability requirements.</li></ul>

Education and Experience: 
 
<ul><li>At least 18 years old required.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.</li></ul></div>
