We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our team!The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, and hands-on experience with key financial tools and processes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and update financial records using QuickBooks</li><li>Assist in preparing Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports</li><li>Handle WPS (Wage Protection System) payroll processing and compliance</li><li>Support in invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations</li><li>Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments</li><li>Assist in budget preparation and financial planning</li><li>Maintain financial filing systems and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with the external auditor and assist during audit processes</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in a finance or accounting role</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software</li><li>Solid understanding of P&amp;L reports and financial statements</li><li>Familiarity with WPS and local payroll regulations</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication and time management abilities</li><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li></ul>To Apply: Please send your CV to +974 66 58 2939 Ms. VeneraJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, ContractPay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
