Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content creation, and data analytics to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our company's market presence across multiple platforms, utilizing innovative techniques in SEO, social media, and multichannel marketing. The Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals, manage campaigns, and optimize performance through data-driven insights.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote new and existing products while enhancing brand visibility.</li><li>Review, optimize and create marketing strategies to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business goals and geographic location.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new markets and create entry strategies.</li><li>Plan and execute product launches, including promotional campaigns and events.</li><li>Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media strategy, email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing campaigns.</li><li>Create and oversee content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, production, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.</li><li>Responsible for leading relationships with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, illustrators, printers, marketing vendors, PR agencies, media, and industry associations</li><li>Develop and implement marketing budgets and ensure dollars are effectively utilized within budget parameters.</li><li>Create branded events, product launches and promotional campaigns</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>3+ years of marketing experience in the brewing/food/beverage industry (Preferred)</li><li>Proven track record in SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, email marketing, Facebook advertising, print advertising.</li><li>Excellent research skills coupled with strategic thinking in developing targeted campaigns.</li><li>Exceptional copywriting abilities with a focus on persuasive messaging across various formats.</li><li>Experience in managing advertising sales initiatives and product launches.</li><li>Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to optimize campaign performance.</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
