 About Your Team
 
 
 
 As a Storekeeper, you will play a critical role in managing inventory, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting seamless coordination between Procurement, Planning, and Construction teams. Your responsibilities will include maintaining proper stock records, ensuring compliance with project standards, and facilitating smooth material flow to support on-time project execution.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Role
 
 
 
 
 As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Understanding and contributing to company quality and HSE policy and guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring that all contractual / company and local authority requirements for quality, Health Safety &amp; Environment (HSE) requirements are applied
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining personal responsibility for the stores&rsquo; materials and equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting inspection of materials with or without assistance from site management and monitors quality, quantity and physical appearance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring all non-conforming items are replaced and documented on supplier delivery note.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring all returnable tools and equipment, including PPE issued to personnel are recorded.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with the operations for equipment and material transfer and maintain calibration instrument / equipment calibration status and ensuring valid instrument / equipment are being used and notify relevant department on expiry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Checking items in store with regard to their shelf life and ensures fast expiring materials are consumed first.
 </li>
 <li>
 Consulting with site management on buffer stock required for all consumables to prevent delays in work on site.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring safe isolated storage of inflammatory materials such as gas and fuel.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 
 2-3 years of experience in store management, ideally in an MEP or construction engineering environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Knowledge &amp; Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Warehouse/storekeeping courses (e.g., IOSH, OSHA).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear understanding of engineering workflows and submittal cycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and coordination skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality of project data.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Desirable:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Familiarity with warehouse or construction environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Awareness of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) practices in a storage/worksite setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Time management and organizational skills for efficient stock handling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.
 </li>
