 ALEC FITOUT
 
 is seeking a Site Manager who will lead the execution of fit-out works on-site from planning and progress monitoring to quality assurance, HSE compliance, and subcontractor coordination. You&rsquo;ll ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of luxury interiors in collaboration with project stakeholders.
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Please note that this role may be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located either in
 
 Saudi Arabia
 
 (KSA) or
 
 United Arab Emirates, (UAE).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 The position requires a
 
 six-day working week
 
 , which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for either KSA or UAE.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Role:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the on-site execution of interior fit-out works from start to handover.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams to maintain schedule and quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee daily site activities, progress tracking, and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage subcontractor performance and support variation/claim documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor and guide the construction team to maintain a high-performance culture.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Need:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 10+ years' construction experience, with at least 5 years in interior fit-out.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in managing luxury fit-out projects (hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and coordination skills on fast-paced interior sites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of interior finishes, sequencing, and subcontractor scopes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English
 </li>

 Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
