 About Your Team
 
 
 
 Our Worker Welfare team focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment for all employees. Led by the Worker Welfare Inspector, we regularly check workplace conditions, ensure rules are followed, and address employee concerns in a fair and respectful way. By working closely with site teams and running welfare activities, we help maintain a positive workplace where employees feel valued and supported.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Role
 
 
 
 As a Worker Welfare Inspector, you will
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensuring workplace Worker Welfare requirements are implemented and complied with.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with all concerned parties to ensure workplace-specific Worker Welfare facilities are in line with the Legal and ALEC requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting monthly audits/Inspections on the approved company provided accommodation facilities and issue a report thereof to the WWC for review and approval.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting weekly Inspections on the project welfare facilities and issue a report thereof to the WWC for review and approval.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting weekly Inspections on the approved company provided transportation (buses and light vehicles) and issue a report thereof to the WWC for review and approval.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting daily monitoring of all food that is delivered to the project site for consumption by the employees on the project and issue a report thereof to the WWC for review and approval. Food temperatures must be maintained before consumption at 60 degree C or as close as possible thereto.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with WWC to ensure non-conformances raised during inspections are followed up and closed out without unnecessary delay.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participating in any Worker Welfare related meetings as stipulated by the WW Department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply technical expertise and discipline-specific knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes within your area of specialisation
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply the Company&rsquo;s frameworks to guide role expectations, levels of responsibility, skills, development, and progression.
 </li>
 <li>
 Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the business.
 </li>

 Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, you&rsquo;ll work closely with procurement engineers, commercial teams, and suppliers. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting procurement activities and ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Role
 
 
 
 As a Junior Procurement Engineer, you will:

 Assist in preparing RFXs and collecting supplier quotations
 </li>
 <li>
 Support technical and commercial bid evaluations
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain procurement documentation, supplier records, and reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate supplier communication and assist with delivery tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support to team members across procurement tasks and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Learn and apply procurement systems, tools, and standards through hands-on experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Support team processes to ensure effective delivery of procurement objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) awareness and sustainable practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply technical knowledge to support high-quality procurement outcomes
