 Your Role
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review tender and IFC information (2D drawings, BIM models, asset data) per ISO19650 standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and maintain Revit-based BIM models, including GA plans, sections, diagrams, and schedules
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform clash detection and support clash avoidance coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain clean, healthy BIM models following industry best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Update and revise models/documents based on RFIs, design changes, and site instructions
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify inconsistencies in contract documents and flag them appropriately
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with as-built documentation and handover preparation
 </li>
 <li>
 Work collaboratively in shared environments (CDE), supporting both internal and external teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow project standards, templates, protocols, and document control procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide accurate technical responses to site queries and requests
