Overview We are seeking an organized, professional, and self-motivated Office Manager / Property Management Coordinator to assist with the daily operations of our privately owned real estate portfolio.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, solving problems, and ensuring that important tasks are completed accurately and on time. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, prospective tenants, and service providers while helping keep all aspects of the business running smoothly.After an initial training period, this position will offer a hybrid work arrangement with a combination of in-office and remote work. A company laptop will be provided.Position Details<ul><li>Part-Time (approximately 30+/- hours per week)</li><li>Hybrid schedule after training</li><li>$18.50 - $22.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications</li><li>Company-provided laptop</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Some Saturdays required for property showings</li><li>Long-term opportunity with a stable real estate portfolio</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, prospects, and service providers</li><li>Answer phones, emails, and office inquiries</li><li>Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling</li><li>Follow up to ensure work orders are completed properly and timely</li><li>Assist with leasing, applications, move-ins, renewals, and vacancies</li><li>Show rental properties to prospective tenants as needed</li><li>Maintain accurate tenant, lease, and property records</li><li>Enter and maintain information in Rentec Direct</li><li>Assist with rent collection and account tracking</li><li>Support bookkeeping and accounting functions with a high level of accuracy</li><li>Organize files, documents, and office processes</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of tenant, financial, and company information</li><li>Ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently and consistently</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of office management, administrative, operations, or property management experience required</li><li>Property management experience preferred but not required</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented and highly accurate</li><li>Professional and assertive when handling difficult situations</li><li>Self-starter who can work independently</li><li>Comfortable learning and using software systems</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through to completion</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required</li><li>Ability to work occasional Saturdays for property showings</li><li>Must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to employment</li></ul>The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, follows through on commitments, and keeps things moving without constant supervision.
