We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable <b>Senior Payroll Specialist</b> to join our <b>MENAT HR Operations</b> team. The ideal candidate will manage payroll activities across multiple countries in the region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.</div><div></div><div><br>
This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of regional labor and tax regulations, and advanced Excel capabilities. Experience with Workday or similar HR systems will be a strong advantage.
</div></div><div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you'll be doing in this role</b></h3><ul><li><ul><li>
Manage and process monthly payroll for employees across the MENAT region, ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies.</li><li>
Prepare, review, and reconcile payroll reports in coordination with Finance and HR teams.</li><li>
Maintain accurate employee records, including salaries, deductions, taxes, and benefits.</li><li>
Ensure full compliance with social insurance, labor laws, and tax regulations in each country.</li><li>
Liaise with external payroll vendors, auditors, and government authorities as required.</li><li>
Support audits and provide necessary payroll data and documentation.</li><li>
Handle employee inquiries related to pay slips, deductions, and payroll discrepancies with professionalism and patience.</li><li>
Continuously review payroll processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.</li><li>
Utilize HR and payroll systems (<b>HITS experience is a must</b>; Workday exposure is preferred) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with HRBPs and Finance on payroll budgets, cost allocations, and reporting.</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Accounting background preferred).</li><li>
Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll within a multinational organization.</li><li><b>
Experience using Workday HITS, or other HR/payroll software is a must.</b></li><li>
Proven experience handling multi-country payroll across the MENAT region.</li><li>
Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis).</li><li>
Strong knowledge of tax laws, social insurance, and labor regulations.</li><li>
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).</li><li>
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.</li><li>
