The incumbent is responsible for supporting the identification, evaluation, and execution of greenfield and acquisition opportunities in the education sector through financial modelling, market analysis, and due diligence. Senior Financial Analyst

 Scope of the Role 
This role is responsible for overseeing the preparation and consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance with IFRS, and timely delivery of management information to support strategic decision-making. The role involves leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, managing external audits, and overseeing treasury operations. In addition, the role will support tax compliance activities including Corporate Tax, VAT, and transfer pricing. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and uphold strong financial governance.
 Key responsibilities 
 Financial Reporting &amp; Consolidation

<li>Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate accounting for subsidiaries, joint ventures, and M&amp;A transactions (IFRS 3).</li>
<li>Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting, including variance analysis and commentary.</li>

This is a standalone Paralegal role responsible for supporting legal operations across corporate, regulatory, and administrative matters. The role requires strong bilingual capability and the ability to work independently, ensuring accurate document handling, regulatory compliance support, and effective coordination with internal departments and external entities.
 Key responsibilities

<li>Draft and format standard legal documents including contracts, resolutions, NDAs, and powers of attorney.</li>

 Corporate &amp; Commercial Governance
