About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and versatile Dental Lab Technician with MOH eligibility to join our state-of-the-art dental clinic. Our facility offers a full spectrum of dental treatments, including orthodontics, removable prosthetics, fixed restorations, and CAD/CAM digital workflows. As part of our in-house lab team, you will play a crucial role in supporting high-quality, customized dental solutions for our patients.Key Responsibilities:Design, fabricate, and customize a wide range of dental prosthetics and appliances including:<ul><li>Crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays/onlays</li><li>Dentures (complete and partial)</li><li>CAD/CAM</li><li>Orthodontic appliances and retainers</li><li>Soft night guards and bleaching trays</li></ul>Interpret dental prescriptions and specifications accuratelyOperate and maintain dental lab equipment such as:<ul><li>3D scanners, printers, CAD/CAM software (e.g., Exocad), milling machines</li><li>Model trimmers, polishers, and casting systems</li></ul>Conduct repairs and adjustments of existing dental restorations as neededCollaborate closely with dentists and specialists (e.g., orthodontists, prosthodontists) to ensure product quality and precisionEnsure all work meets clinical, aesthetic, and functional requirementsFollow strict hygiene and infection control protocols in the labMaintain accurate records of cases, materials used, and production timelinesRequirements:<ul><li>MOH eligibility as a Dental Lab Technician (or in the process of obtaining it)</li><li>Diploma or degree in Dental Technology or an equivalent field</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental lab setting</li><li>Proficiency in both traditional and digital lab techniques</li><li>Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM design and manufacturing</li><li>High attention to detail and manual dexterity</li><li>Strong communication skills and team spirit</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and deliver quality work under deadlines</li><li>Knowledge of the latest materials and lab innovations is an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
