We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer Team Lead to oversee our team of graphic designers and drive the visual identity of our brand across various channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer with strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into creative solutions. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for managing design projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality visual output that aligns with our brand and business goals.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance individual and team performance.</li><li>Oversee the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution and brand consistency across all visual materials.</li><li>Collaborate closely with marketing, product, content, and development teams to produce compelling visual assets for web, print, digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and more.</li><li>Review and approve designs, artwork, and layouts, ensuring they meet quality standards and project requirements.</li><li>Maintain and evolve the company&rsquo;s visual brand guidelines, ensuring all creative output aligns with the overall brand strategy.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, balancing team capacity with business priorities.</li><li>Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the creative team.</li><li>Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to track progress, set goals, and support professional development</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 1&ndash;2 years in a team lead or senior designer role.</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools like Figma or Sketch.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, including branding, digital marketing, and print.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to give and receive constructive feedback effectively.</li><li>Experience working in an agile or fast-paced environment is preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li><li>Flexible working hours and remote work options</li><li>A collaborative and creative work environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What are your salary expectations?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social Media Designing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Islamabad (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
