 Founding Engineer
 
 to own critical parts of the platform from day one &mdash; from the
 
 parsing engine
 
 to
 
 self-healing architecture

 What we&rsquo;re looking for:

 Deep foundations in
 
 Compilers
 
 and
 
 Operating Systems
 
 (non-negotiable)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience building
 
 distributed systems at scale
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in
 
 Java, C++, or Rust
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Startup mindset
 
 &mdash; hands-on, end-to-end ownership
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice to have:

 Experience with
 
 streaming tech
 
 (Flink, Spark Streaming)
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to
 
 production ML/AI deployment
 
 </li>

 Knowledge of
 
 cloud infrastructure
