Hours: 40/+ hrs weekly Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K

80 Hours per year vacation

Support Admin performs a variety of clerical tasks, including answering telephones, typing documents, and filing records.
Support Admin typically do the following:
<ul>
<li>Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages</li>
<li>Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail</li>
<li>Schedule appointments and receive customers or visitors</li>
<li>Provide general information to staff, clients, or the public</li>
<li>Type, format, or edit routine memos or other reports</li>
<li>Copy, file, and update paper and electronic documents</li>
<li>Prepare and process bills, completes billings and other office documents</li>
<li>Collect information and perform data entry</li>
<li>FILE MAINTENANCE &ndash; Maintains accurate and organized records as required for the branch.</li>
</ul>
<ul><li>BACK UP DUTIES &ndash; As requested by the Department Manager.</li>
</ul>
<ul><li>OTHER DUTIES &ndash; Human Resources Assistant and Training Coordinator. Marketing and Brand Image representative.</li>
</ul>
Support Admin have responsibilities that often change daily with the current needs of the employer. They also frequently use photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, and other office equipment.

Education/License/Certifications/Experience-Requirements:
<ul><li>High School Diploma Required</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree Preferred (but not required)</li>
<li>Experience with Service Maintenance Preferred but not required (Computer Ease or Accounts Payable and Receivable)</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.</li>
<li>Employment background check</li>
</ul>
