Job Title: Elevator Sales EngineerLocation: UAEReports To: Business Development ManagerJob SummaryThe Elevator Sales Engineer is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and closing elevator and lift modernization projects. The role combines technical understanding of elevators with strong sales and negotiation skills to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify and generate new leads through site visits, consultants, contractors, and developers</li><li>Promote elevator solutions including supply, installation, modernization, and AMC</li><li>Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions</li><li>Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets</li></ul>Technical &amp; Commercial Activities<ul><li>Study drawings, BOQs, and site conditions to propose suitable elevator solutions</li><li>Coordinate with the technical team for shaft details, specifications, and feasibility</li><li>Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations</li><li>Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and close orders</li></ul>Client Coordination<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales cycle</li><li>Coordinate with operations and procurement teams post-order for smooth handover</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business</li></ul>Market &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track competitors&rsquo; pricing, products, and market trends</li><li>Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates</li><li>Provide weekly activity and pipeline reports to management</li></ul>Requirements &amp; QualificationsEducation<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in elevator or vertical transportation sales (mandatory)</li><li>Strong understanding of elevator types, capacities, standards, and site requirements</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and specifications</li><li>Strong follow-up and closing ability</li><li>Good knowledge of UAE construction market</li></ul>Other Requirements<ul><li>Valid UAE driving license</li><li>Willingness to do regular outdoor site visits</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Monthly sales targets achieved</li><li>Number of qualified leads generated</li><li>Conversion rate from quotation to order</li><li>Client satisfaction and repeat business</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary + commission structure</li><li>Company support for sales activities</li><li>Growth opportunity in a fast-growing elevator contracting company</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
