<div>Field Service Operations Department is looking for a Field Service Engineer to be located in Dubai, UAE. This is

presents growth opportunities in one of the most interesting markets.<ul><li>About the Job</li><li>Undertaking servicing of equipment (on-site &amp; service center) as per Alfa Laval standards and procedures</li><li>Safety 1st Behavioral Attitude. (Stop-Think-Act)</li><li>Responsible for installation, commissioning, Trouble shooting, Audits, developing solutions, fault finding, repairs and maintenance of products such as high-speed separators &amp; decanters used in various process industries and plate heat exchangers.</li><li>Act as a service advisor for Alfa Laval helping to accelerate service business growth.</li><li>Troubleshooting of Electrical / PLC controls (EPC controls, 2 touch, basic &amp; Plus controls), training customer crew on Alfa Laval equipment.</li><li>Executing Audits and maintenance activities related to Service Agreements.</li><li>Explore business development and every possible opportunity.</li><li>Ensure fulfilment of service visits as per service agreements.</li><li>Ensure documentation of every visit and minute all observations and commitments with the customer.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints in the shortest time possible</li><li>Communication of problems observed to the respective managers for preventative/remedial actions.</li><li>Proactively recommend to customers on timely purchasing of spares and timely servicing</li><li>Concerted effort to advise customers for service agreements.</li><li>Train customers or other Field Service Engineers on basic product features.</li><li>Enhance technical abilities and competencies with every service experience and company resources available</li><li>Heat Exchange component Trouble shooting, Stripping, Assessment, Cleaning, Repair, Assembly and Testing. (Primary)</li><li>Rotating equipment Mechanical, Electrical Trouble shooting, Service, Stripping, Assessment, Cleaning, Repair, Assembly, Testing, Installation and commissioning</li><li>Support remote guidance service to customer when and where required.</li><li>Adhere to Quality &amp; Safety (QHSE) Procedures</li><li>Effective using of AL system tools (OneService, Lead app, HSE Near miss app, E-Learning portal, Workday, Sensei IB)</li><li>Generate service business Leads by effective using of the FSE Lead app</li><li>Reporting Near Miss using the HSE digital platform</li><li>Timely submission of Service reports, Expense report and payroll, customer signed timesheet.</li><li>Participate in adhoc service transformation projects assigned by Service Management</li><li>Supporting Sales functions in technical solutions and participate in technical forums</li></ul>

Driving license is required.</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; experience:<ul><li>Engineering background / Mechanical / Electrical / Automation with hands on experience.</li><li>Process control instrumentation, understanding of software programmes and industrial networking experience and knowledge will be an advantage</li><li>Minimum 5-8 years&rsquo; experience in rotating equipment, heat exchangers, decanters, high speed separators and associated equipment.</li><li>Good knowledge &amp; practical skills in Microsoft office packages and digital reporting.</li><li>Good communication &amp; negotiation skills. Express verbal and written ideas effectively to all levels of people.</li></ul>

Physical &amp; Environmental Factors 
Office environment with frequent attendance on the shop floor. Safety equipment required when present on the shop floor &ndash; footwear, hearing, eyewear.
