 We are seeking a

  Customer Support Specialist
 </strong>
 to provide proactive, hands-on support to customers and Field Service Engineers. This role manages orders, including spare parts and equipment, throughout the entire order-to-cash process, from order entry to invoicing. You will keep customers informed on delivery status while coordinating internal teams and processes to ensure timely, accurate, and successful order fulfillment.

  Key Responsibilities

   Manage the full order-to-cash process for complex orders, from acceptance to invoicing.
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee order fulfillment, procurement of equipment and parts, technical coordination, cost monitoring, warehousing, shipping, and invoicing.
  </li>

   Serve as main contact for customers, providing updates on order status and delivery timelines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Handle purchasing, supplier documentation, and international trade logistics (export/import, customs).
  </li>
  <li>
   Track backlog and work-in-progress; manage customer and supplier claims.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with the factory and company headquarters.
  </li>
  <li>
   Schedule deliveries and send shipment notifications.
  </li>

   Assist with payment follow-ups and reminders.

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

   Experience handling complex and technical orders (e.g., spare parts, equipment, field services)

   Experience with international trade processes, including export/import logistics and customs clearance
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluency in Turkish, good knowledge of English
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Execute established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval aftermarket products and services, including service solutions, spare parts, and upgrades.</li><li>
Analyze market trends, installed base data, and customer buying behavior to develop aftermarket sales plans aligned with business division strategy and targets, in collaboration with senior sales colleagues and team leaders.</li><li>
Identify, qualify, and manage aftermarket leads from the market and existing customers, converting them into tangible business opportunities to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.</li><li>
Actively engage with customers through regular visits, meetings, and interactions to understand operational challenges and demonstrate the value of Alfa Laval aftermarket solutions.</li><li>
Manage day-to-day sales operations by maintaining accurate customer data, customer grids, and proactive planning through internal sales and CRM tools.</li><li>
Prepare and deliver value-based quotations tailored to customer needs, clearly highlighting unique selling points such as lifecycle cost reduction, performance optimization, and reliability, and ensure timely follow-up.</li><li>
Consistently use CRM and other internal tools to support the aftermarket sales process, ensure high-quality data, and enable fact-based decision-making.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications &amp; Experience</div><ul><li>
Engineering Graduate or Diploma holder.</li><li>
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in aftermarket sales, internal sales, or service sales, preferably within the Food and/or Pharma industry.</li><li>
Strong experience in quotation management, customer communication, and customer account support.</li><li>
Good understanding of installed base management and lifecycle-driven selling is an advantage.</li><li>
Language skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic.</li><li>
Market exposure: Familiarity with the KSA market is an added advantage.</li></ul><div>

Drive effective sourcing and purchasing for E&amp;S Procurement Pune</li><li>
Support E&amp;S global procurement requirements with sourcing and purchasing from India</li><li>
Ensure compliance to Alfa Laval Business Principles in E&amp;S procurement practice as well as in our supply chain.</li><li>
Understand current and future business requirements and maintain and develop the procurement function and supplier portfolio to meet requirements.</li><li>
Understand total cost as well as procurement value creation opportunities, and proactively drive activities to improve our business accordingly.</li><li>
Secure a competitive cost base through the right mix of pre-qualified suppliers, frame agreements and consolidation of suppliers, leveraging the global footprint of the supply function in BU FOS</li><li>
