 Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute the product roadmap for UPS systems, aligned with company goals and market demands.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for differentiation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define product specifications and features in collaboration with R&amp;D and engineering teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Make client presentations that promote price value advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure successful product launches and positioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical and commercial training to internal teams and partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with supply chain to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
 </li>
 <li>
 &nbsp;Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and after-sales support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience (7+ years) in product management, preferably in UPS systems or power electronics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical knowledge of UPS systems, power distribution, and electrical infrastructure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to travel as needed for customer visits, trade shows, and supplier meetings.
 </li>
