Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and procurement within the oil and gas industry. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, vendor management, and inventory control, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the full supply chain cycle in alignment with company policies and industry standards</li><li>Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, operations, finance) to support project and operational requirements</li><li>Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate</li><li>Analyze supply chain data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements</li><li>Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and local procurement laws</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supply chain or procurement role within the oil and gas industry</li><li>Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems</li><li>Knowledge of local and international sourcing and logistics practices</li><li>High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you join immediately?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>procurement within the oil and gas industry: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>
