Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be trained on an internal company system and will operate it alongside existing manual processes. This role focuses on system usage, data accuracy, and providing day-to-day technical support to staff.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Learn and effectively use the internal company system (training will be provided)</li><li>Run the system in parallel with existing manual processes to ensure accuracy and continuity</li><li>Provide technical assistance and support to staff members</li><li>Enter, update, and manage data accurately within the system</li><li>Handle basic computer, software, and system-related issues</li><li>Coordinate with the IT team to report and resolve technical problems</li><li>Assist in improving system adoption and user efficiency</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role</li><li>Strong computer skills and familiarity with common software applications</li><li>Willingness to learn new systems and processes</li><li>Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>management or administrative : 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English, Hindi and basic Arabic (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>manual driving license (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
