MEP Engineer (Electrical &amp; Plumbing)الموقع | Location: قطر &ndash; Qatarنوع الوظيفة | Employment Type: دوام كامل &ndash; Full-timeالانضمام | Joining: فوري (مع توفر NOC) &ndash; Immediate (NOC required)⸻عن الوظيفة | About the Roleنبحث عن مهندس MEP متمرس ميدانياً لديه خبرة قوية في تنفيذ أعمال الكهرباء والسباكة داخل المشاريع.We are seeking a hands-on MEP Engineer with strong site experience in electrical and plumbing systems for building projects.⸻نطاق العمل | Scope of Work* مشاريع فلل ومباني سكنية وتجارية* إشراف ميداني مباشر* Villas, residential &amp; commercial projects* Direct site supervision⸻المهام والمسؤوليات | Responsibilities* الإشراف على أعمال الكهرباء (LV) وأنظمة السباكة* مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings)* كشف التعارضات (Clash Detection) وحلها* متابعة التنفيذ وضمان الجودة والجدول الزمني* إعداد BOQ وحصر الكميات* الإشراف على الاختبارات والتشغيل (Testing &amp; Commissioning)* التنسيق مع الاستشاري والمالك* الالتزام بمعايير كهرماء والدفاع المدني (QCD)* Supervise electrical (LV) and plumbing systems* Review and approve shop drawings* Identify and resolve clashes* Monitor execution, quality, and deadlines* Prepare BOQ and quantity take-offs* Oversee testing &amp; commissioning* Coordinate with consultants and clients* Ensure compliance with Kahramaa &amp; QCD standards⸻المؤهلات المطلوبة | Requirements* بكالوريوس هندسة (كهرباء أو ميكانيكا)* خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع MEP (قطر/الخليج)* خبرة موقع فعلية (إلزامي)* معرفة قوية بالكهرباء والسباكة* إجادة AutoCAD (Revit ميزة إضافية)* Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)* Minimum 5 years of MEP experience (Qatar/GCC)* Strong site experience (mandatory)* Solid knowledge of electrical &amp; plumbing systems* Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)⸻المهارات المطلوبة | Key Skills✔ حل المشاكل في الموقع بسرعة✔ إدارة فرق العمل✔ قراءة المخططات متعددة التخصصات✔ مهارات تواصل قوية✔ Strong problem-solving on-site✔ Team management✔ Multi-discipline drawing interpretation✔ Excellent communication skills⸻مميزات إضافية | Preferred* شهادة UPDA* رخصة قيادة قطرية* جاهزية فورية* UPDA certification* Qatar driving license* Immediate availabilityJob Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR7,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Higher diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
