Job Title: Transport Manager / Logistics Manager Location: Should be willing to work all over india Salary: &#8377;30,000 &ndash; &#8377;35,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Transport Operations Qualification:<ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering (Mandatory)</li><li>MBA in Logistics/Supply Chain (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and experienced Transport Manager to oversee and manage our company&rsquo;s daily transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding drivers, maintaining vehicle records, and ensuring smooth execution of daily transport and logistics functions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Onboard and Train Drivers &amp; Transporters:</li><li>Recruit, onboard, and train new drivers and transporters on company policies and safety protocols.</li><li>Develop &amp; Manage Halt Stations:</li><li>Identify and establish halt stations for optimized driver rest and vehicle refueling.</li><li>Maintain halt station facilities and services.</li><li>Daily Operations Management:</li><li>Supervise and manage daily vehicle movements and driver schedules.</li><li>Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of all orders.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Compliance:</li><li>Ensure all driver licenses, vehicle insurance, permits, and fitness certificates are valid and updated.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and records for all transport activities.</li><li>Fleet &amp; Driver Coordination:</li><li>Monitor vehicle performance and arrange for regular servicing and maintenance.</li><li>Address driver concerns, route planning, and problem resolution.</li><li>Order &amp; Delivery Management:</li><li>Coordinate daily logistics to fulfill customer orders efficiently and on time.</li><li>Maintain logs and reports on deliveries and transportation performance.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering</li><li>MBA in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (added advantage)</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in transport/logistics management</li><li>Strong knowledge of fleet management, driver handling, and compliance requirements</li><li>Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in using basic logistics or transport software is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
