Lead Recruiter &ndash; Non-IT Job Title: Lead Recruiter &ndash; Non-ITLocation: Remote / Work from Home Engagement Type: FTEAbout the RoleThe Lead Recruiter &ndash; Non-IT will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical positions across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Administration, Customer Support, and others. The role involves stakeholder management, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates as per business requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, offer management, and onboarding) for Non-IT roles.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define effective hiring strategies.</li><li>Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.</li><li>Lead, guide, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.</li><li>Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.</li><li>Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain recruitment data in ATS/Excel trackers.</li><li>Drive employer branding initiatives and support HR operations as needed.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior recruiter role.</li><li>Strong understanding of hiring across industries such as FMCG, Retail, BFSI, Manufacturing, or BPO.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in recruitment tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline.</li><li>Proven track record in non-IT recruitment.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in volume hiring and leadership hiring.</li><li>Exposure to HR analytics and recruitment automation tools.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Per hire / per mandate closure with performance incentives.</li></ul>Resource should have hands on experience in NON_IT RecruitmentAtleast 2 years exp in client handlingSalary : upto 25K - Remote JobJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,902.56 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
