We seek an adept and gifted executive producer. The person will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, shooting and editing cutting edge podcast productions and commercials in-house and for our clients. Live production experience is a plus.

Our ideal match is a quick-thinking self-starter and resourceful individual with a way of words and the ability to ignite conversations and create videos in everything within the intersection of health, wellness, communication and culture. Although every day will not look the same here are some of the day to day responsibilities of this role within our offices.

<div>What you'll be doing: 
<ul><li>Coordinate with internal and external clients to meet deadlines and monitor equipment maintenance and usage</li><li>Oversee the production of a range of podcast episodes touching disparate subjects of emerging trends in AI, proper health and wellness routines or rituals for self-improvement</li><li>Help manage workflow and relationship of cross functional teams and leadership</li><li>Develop show concepts and push our teams to be better creative and ambitious in-order to deliver on our goals</li><li>Provide creative notes using your own unique voice, at all stages of production</li><li>Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services</li></ul></div>

<div>What you'll need to flourish: 
<ul><li>Bachelor's or advanced degree, with evidence of academic or other intellectual distinction as a creative or in a similar discipline</li><li>A minimum of 5 years of digital content creation experience or in a similar role</li><li>Experience leading a creative team in a fast paced environment</li><li>Experience creating organic contents for paid social media campaigns, websites, mobile applications, as well as paid digital media channels</li><li>Strong self-editing skills with attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and design layout</li><li>Experience overseeing numerous projects at once</li><li>Ability to trending topics to make judgments and react instantaneously and independently to key</li></ul></div>

Compensation: $186,700 - $194,880 Annually - The posted compensation range reflects the base salary for this position, Salary for this role is commensurate with prior experience. In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive.

The annual total cash compensation range (base salary and commission) for this role reflects US market pay data within this location. The exact compensation offered for this role may vary depending on specific location and job-related knowledge, technical skills, and experience; and is only one part of our Total Rewards philosophy to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
