Role Overview We are seeking a dually qualified, detail-oriented Company Secretary with an LLB degree to manage the company&rsquo;s legal and secretarial documentation. The role primarily involves handling different documentation parts including contracts and support in drafting and reviewing contracts.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Legal Documentation &amp; Contract Management</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including vendor contracts, NDAs, MOUs</li><li>Prepare documentation for due diligence exercises &amp; SOP&rsquo;s</li><li>Dealing with different PSP&rsquo;s to get the documentation part completed.</li><li>Conduct internal secretarial audits &amp; support external auditors on documentation part.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>&middot;Excellent written communication skills for drafting legal documents.</li><li>Documentation focus - The role heavily involves maintaining records, contracts and invoices</li><li>Strong attention to every minute details</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Draft and finalize Agendas &amp; minutes of the meetings</li><li>Handle documentation for changes in directorship, registered office and shareholding</li></ul>Educational Qualifications<ul><li>Mandatory Membership of ICSI (ACS) + Bachelor of Laws (LLB)</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>3-4 years of proven experience in a similar role focusing on secretarial documentation and legal drafting.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Opportunity to work closely with the leadership team on corporate governance</li><li>Dynamic work culture with career advancement opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
