Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.</li><li>Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.</li><li>Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for comemrcial buildings, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software.</li><li>Supervise, coordinate, and inspect the work of draftpersons, technicians on construction projects.</li><li>Represent architectural engineer/construction manager on site and ensuring builder compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections under architeural engineer&rsquo;s supervision.</li><li>Check dimensions of materials to be used and assign numbers to list of materials.</li><li>Determine procedures and instructions to be followed according to design specifications and quantity of required materials.</li><li>Analyze technical implications of architectural engineer&rsquo;s design concept, calculating weights, volumes and stress factors</li><li>Create freehand drawings and lettering to accompany drawings.</li><li>Prepare colored drawings of landscape and interior desings for presentation to client.</li><li>Reproduce drawings on copy machines or tarce copies of plans and drawings, using transparent paper or cloth, ink, pencil and standard drafting instruments.</li><li>Prepare cost estimates, contracts, bidding documents and technical reports for specific projects under an architectural engineer&rsquo;s supervision.</li><li>Calculate heat loss and gain of buildings and structures to determine required equipment specifications following standard procedures.</li><li>Build landscape, architectural and display models.</li><li>Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect ona rchitectural designs.</li><li>Operate computer-aided drafting equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records.</li><li>Coordinate structural, electrical and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represent building plans.</li><li>Prepare and update shop drawings as per design drawing, RFIs and design changes.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Structural or Engineering</li><li>Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, superiors/managers, clients and other external contacts;</li><li>Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in Arabic language is an additional skill;</li><li>Has very good knowledge and skills in various software technical programs such as CAD, Auto-CAD, and ADOBE etc.</li><li>5 - 10 years&rsquo; experience, UAE or GCC Experience required.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>

Structural Engineer

Architectural Draftsman

Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate between all sub-contractors and find the solution for technical problems, If any.</li><li>Attend Weekly Technical Meetings with Subcontractors and prepare the Minutes of Meeting for record purposes.</li><li>Responsible for team of draftsmen and the preparation of architectural shop drawings for submission.</li><li>Raising Request for Information (RFI) when required.</li><li>Submit the material as per specification and follow with consultant for approval</li><li>Attending the progress meeting with the projects Engineers.</li><li>Follow-up the execution of works as per specifications, drawings, Method statements, Local Authorities&rsquo; requirements and raise instruction through internal memo if required .</li><li>Inspecting Site for all the Civil, Structural, Infrastructures and Finishing work, including water proofing, painting, block work, plaster, insulation boards, floor finishes, landscape works, roads, pavers, kerbs, parking layouts, curtain walling, cladding etc.</li><li>Study tender drawings/contract to get update with details in order to generate shop drawings.</li><li>Prepare shop drawings approval log according to the drawing planned for the project.</li><li>Update and communicate with Project Technical Manager.</li><li>Guide and follow-up with draftsmen for tasks given.</li><li>Maintain design records.</li><li>Supervise the productivity of the draftsmen and ensure the drawings are prepared as per planned date.</li><li>Assist Project Technical Manager to appraise performance of draftsmen.</li><li>Review subcontractors shop drawings prior to submission to Consultant for approval.</li><li>Issue RFI to Consultant.</li><li>Prepare As-Built drawings.</li><li>Re-submit updated drawings and monitor superseded drawings.</li><li>Train junior draftsmen/architects.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture or Engineering</li><li>Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, superiors/managers, clients and other external contacts;</li><li>Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in Arabic language is an additional skill;</li><li>Has very good knowledge and skills in various software technical programs such as CAD, Auto-CAD, Adobe etc.</li><li>5 years&rsquo; experience in Construction industry.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>an Architect Engineering: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>

Architect Engineer

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to support project and corporate decision-making. Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning for key projects.</li></ul><ul><li>Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather relevant financial data and provide insights. Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership.</li></ul><ul><li>Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Assist in the preparation for audits and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.</li></ul><ul><li>System Improvement: Work with the finance team to improve financial processes, systems, and tools. Implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile (Minimum Requirements):<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
