Alia Flowers is looking for a talented Designer / Draftsman to join our Events Division.This role is ideal for a creative professional with technical precision, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for transforming design concepts into exceptional event experiences.Position OverviewYou&rsquo;ll be responsible for designing carpentry solutions and supervising the full production process within our Carpentry Division. Working closely with the Carpentry Manager and project teams, you&rsquo;ll ensure all carpentry works are executed on time, to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities* Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs for carpentry works required across departments.* Supervise production activities to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to schedules.* Manage workflow, team assignments, and production resources efficiently.* Conduct site measurements and prepare precise drawings for fabrication and installation.* Maintain safety standards and adopt best practices in all stages of production.* Coordinate with project managers and internal teams to optimize carpentry output and solve on-site challenges.* Support training and development initiatives to elevate craftsmanship and team performance.Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Salmabad, BahrainIf you&rsquo;re passionate about designing and bringing creative visions to life, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
