After nearly ten years of development, the company has also developed into a full-service real estate enterprise integrating real estate investment consulting, architectural design, landscape design, and interior design, trusted by hundreds of real estate development companies.We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Videographer.Job Description:<ul><li>Shooting, collecting and sorting out the materials (audio, audio and video, etc.) needed for the production of the company's construction projects</li><li>Create videos according to the company's marketing and promotional needs</li><li>Complete short video post-production on time according to script creative ideas including editing, packaging, integrated dubbing, special effects and visual optimization</li><li>Coordinate and communicate in the production process and ensure the quality of the finished film</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>College degree or above, majoring in Film, Media, Animation, and other related majors (Preferred)</li><li>At least one year of working experience in video editing, short video production, film and television language (Required)</li><li>Proficient in using PR, Da Vinci and other video production software, as well as PS, AE, C4D and other software is (Preferred)</li><li>Produce content for heavy users of WeChat, Douyin, Kuaishou, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili and other platforms (Preferred)</li><li>Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space</li><li>Possess good communication skills, have a strong sense of competition, strong adaptability, can undertake greater work pressure and high work enthusiasm, have teamwork spirit, and intend to develop in the new media industry for a long time</li><li>Must have California Driver&rsquo;s License and a reliable vehicle for site travels</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>PR, Da Vinci,PS, AE, C4D: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Videographer: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Chinese (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>San Gabriel, CA 91776: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
