Job PurposeTo drive corporate business growth across Maharashtra by acquiring and managing industrial, manufacturing, IT, logistics, and corporate clients, with a focus on Occupational Health Centre (OHC) services, preventive health programs, medical staffing, and corporate wellness solutions.Key Responsibilities Business Development &amp; Sales<ul><li>Identify, prospect, and onboard corporate &amp; industrial clients across Maharashtra.</li><li>Promote OHC services, statutory health compliance solutions, medical staffing, health check programs, and ambulance services.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular field visits and client meetings.</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.</li></ul>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Develop long-term relationships with HR Heads, EHS Managers, Admin Heads, Factory Managers, and Corporate Leadership.</li><li>Understand client requirements and propose customized healthcare solutions.</li><li>Ensure smooth onboarding and coordination with operations teams.</li></ul>Tender &amp; Proposal Management<ul><li>Identify corporate tenders, RFQs, and RFPs relevant to healthcare services.</li><li>Prepare proposals, commercials, presentations, and negotiations.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, manpower planning, and compliance documentation.</li></ul>Market Intelligence &amp; Expansion<ul><li>Conduct market research to identify new industrial clusters and business opportunities in Maharashtra.</li><li>Track competitor activity and pricing trends.</li><li>Support new service launches and geographic expansion.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain CRM updates, sales MIS, and forecasting reports.</li><li>Submit weekly activity reports and monthly performance reviews.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and LOIs are in place.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong B2B corporate sales &amp; negotiation skills</li><li>Knowledge of industrial healthcare / OHC / EHS / wellness services (preferred)</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; presentation skills</li><li>Ability to do extensive field work and travel</li><li>Stakeholder management &amp; relationship building</li><li>MS Office &amp; CRM proficiency</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria<ul><li>Education: Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Healthcare Management preferred)</li><li>Experience:</li><li>2&ndash;4 years in Corporate B2B Business Development</li><li>Experience in Healthcare / Industrial services / Facility Management / Insurance / EHS is an advantage</li><li>Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of Maharashtra industrial belts (Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, Nagpur, MIDC areas)</li><li>Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra</li></ul>KPIs / Performance Metrics<ul><li>Revenue achievement vs target</li><li>Number of new corporate accounts onboarded</li><li>Pipeline value &amp; conversion ratio</li><li>Client retention &amp; repeat business</li><li>Proposal &amp; tender success rate</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive fixed salary + performance-linked incentives</li><li>Travel reimbursement</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹12,244.61 - ₹42,592.97 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
