Job Description &ndash; Business AnalystPosition: Business Analyst Location: Gujarat, India Experience: 2 to 4 Years Education: MBA / BE (Computer) / MCA or any equivalent degree Department: Software DevelopmentRole OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to join our software development team. The BA will act as a bridge between our clients (Australia, Switzerland, and global) and our technical team, ensuring clear requirements, effective communication, and successful delivery of solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes, good documentation skills, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable technical requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Requirement Gathering &amp; Analysis</li><li>Work closely with clients to gather, understand, and document business requirements.</li><li>Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.</li><li>Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Communication</li><li>Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), Use Cases, and User Stories.</li><li>Develop process flows, wireframes, and mock-ups where required.</li><li>Communicate effectively between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure clarity.</li><li>Domain Expertise Application</li><li>Apply knowledge of E-commerce, Insurance, and Web Development domains to identify gaps and propose effective solutions.</li><li>Benchmark client requirements with industry best practices to suggest process improvements.</li></ul>Project Support &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Collaborate with the Project Manager, UI/UX designers, and development/testing teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).</li><li>Ensure business requirements are met during design, development, testing, and deployment phases.</li><li>Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum methodology).</li><li>Client Interaction</li><li>Act as the primary liaison for client queries, requirement clarifications, and change requests.</li><li>Provide updates and manage expectations with international clients across different time zones.</li></ul><ul><li>Quality Assurance &amp; UAT</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications&#9679; Educational Background: MBA, BE (Computer), MCA or any other equivalent.&#9679; Experience: 2&ndash;4 years as a Business Analyst in IT/software development.&#9679; Technical Knowledge:&#9675; Basic understanding of software technologies, databases, and web-based applications.&#9675; Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.&#9679; Domain Expertise: E-commerce, Insurance, Web Development.&#9679; Soft Skills:&#9675; Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).&#9675; Strong documentation and analytical skills.&#9675; Ability to create structured documentation with attention to detail.&#9675; Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)&#9679; Experience working with international clients (Australia, Europe, or US).&#9679; Exposure to performance marketing/advertising tech tools.&#9679; Knowledge of UI/UX design concepts and wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure).&#9679; Certification in Business Analysis.What We Offer&#9679; Opportunity to work with international clients (Australia, Switzerland).&#9679; Exposure to diverse projects across E-commerce, Insurance, and Web Development.&#9679; Collaborative and innovative work culture.&#9679; Career growth and training opportunities.Short LinkedIn/Job Portal version of the Business Analyst JDBusiness Analyst (2&ndash;4 Years)Location: Gujarat, India | Clients: Australia &amp; SwitzerlandWe are hiring a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between clients and our software development team.
