We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist with a strong background in Healthcare to join our team.Position Summary:The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for supporting and managing HR functions within a healthcare setting. This role requires hands-on experience with healthcare compliance, employee relations, onboarding, and HR best practices in a regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions</li><li>Oversee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation</li><li>Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes</li><li>Administer benefits, leaves of absence, and workers&rsquo; compensation</li><li>Assist with policy development and updates aligned with healthcare standards</li><li>Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures</li><li>Support audits, credentialing, and licensing requirements for healthcare staff</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of HR experience, with direct experience in a healthcare environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of healthcare labor laws, compliance, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion</li><li>HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus</li><li>Bilingual is a plus!</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through Indeed by submitting their resume.
