Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to ensure optimal patient care, employee satisfaction, and fiscal responsibility</li><li>
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop plans to address gaps</li><li>
Manage staffing budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure efficient allocation of resources</li><li>
Conduct regular assessments of staffing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions</li><li>
Foster strong relationships with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination</li><li>
Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards</li><li>
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to direct reports</li><li>
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction

Qualifications<ul><li>
2+ years of staffing or scheduling experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare setting required</li><li>
Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred</li><li>
Strong understanding of healthcare staffing patterns, scheduling systems, and labor management</li><li>
Experience managing staffing budgets, agency usage, and overtime control preferred</li><li>
Knowledge of state and federal staffing regulations within skilled nursing/healthcare environments</li><li>
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively with facility leadership and nursing staff</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to staffing needs and call-offs</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare administration or related background a plus</li></ul></li></ul></div>
