 2. JOB PURPOSE:
 
 
 
 Responsible for all sales activities, including surgery procedures associated with sport medicine products in assigned territory to supporting customers by providing best-in-class procedures.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 3. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients in assigned territory.
 </li>

 Prepare for cases in advance, manage the stock (implant and instruments), and consignment inventory and ensure healthy stock.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend surgical cases and provide clinical service to existing and new customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct trials and evaluations of products, deliver in depth training to healthcare professionals and organize workshops and training activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare a variety of status reports, including sales funnel, customer relationship management (CRM) and market information system (MIS) through updating the competitors&rsquo; data files with the latest information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieving year to date Target and monitoring Stock.
 </li>
 <li>
 Full usage of the Oracle system regarding the quotations, sales funnel, stock monitoring, data updating etc.
 </li>

 4. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or any other relevant field

 1 -3 years of experience in Sport medicine or upper Extremity procedures is MUST.
 </li>

 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 The NUPCO Manager oversees all operational and commercial activities related to NUPCO, ensuring smooth execution of purchase orders, on-time supply, accurate reporting, and full alignment with internal departments a, manufacturers and NUPCO. The role ensures revenue achievement, resolves supply delays, and supports the team to meet NUPCO&rsquo;s operational and commercial requirements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 1. NUPCO Reporting &amp; Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor and review all NUPCO-related reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate and timely submission of required NUPCO data and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain continuous communication with NUPCO to address updates, inquiries, and follow-ups.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 2. Purchase Order (PO) Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Follow up on all supplied (delivered) POs and ensure proper documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor new purchase orders and ensure timely approval of new PRs/POs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve all new purchase requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on partial deliveries and ensure closure or completion of remaining quantities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track pending and overdue purchase orders and escalate delays when necessary.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 3. Supply &amp; Inventory Control
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate stock levels for NUPCO items and monitor warehouse inventory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with suppliers and manufacturers to open new orders and confirm timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on inbound shipments, delivery schedules, and supply confirmations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve any supply chain delays or discrepancies with internal teams and warehouses.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 4. Revenue &amp; Financial Performance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure monthly and quarterly revenue achievement from all NUPCO business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor sales revenue (POD) and ensure full realization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure financial accuracy and alignment between sales, inventory, and supply chain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide management with revenue risk assessments and corrective actions.
 </li>

 5. Forecasting &amp; Budgeting

 Prepare and submit forecast reports for products, supply, and revenue.

 Raise monthly and quarterly sales reports for NUPCO business.

 Support annual budget planning with accurate data and projections.

 6. Team Leadership &amp; Internal Communication

 Define clear tasks and responsibilities for the NUPCO operations team.

 Support and guide the team to ensure successful and timely execution of their duties.

 Act as the main point of communication between the NUPCO team and other departments, including Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Warehouse, and Supply Chain.
 </li>

 Provide continuous updates to management and highlight risks or improvement areas.
 </li>

 7. Issue Resolution &amp; Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Resolve delays, supply issues, and operational challenges related to NUPCO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with NUPCO policies, timelines, and documentation requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with QA, Logistics, and Regulatory departments for any special requirements.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Above 5 years of experience in operations (preferably with NUPCO experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion) is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in NUPCO portal.
 </li>
 <li>

 The Contribution Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational activities related to sales generation, order processing, supply coordination, and financial performance.  Follow up Loan orders to ensure proper reconciliation.

 4. Internal Operations &amp; Issue Resolution

 Monitor operational activities across all warehouses and ensure compliance with procedures.
