 JOB PURPOSE:
 
 
 
 The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and secure top talent across various departments. Acting as a strategic partner to business units, this role ensures a seamless hiring experience while aligning talent pipelines with workforce planning and Saudization objectives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
 
 
 
 
 Strategic Talent Sourcing &amp; Employer Branding:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and execute talent acquisition strategies in alignment with workforce plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify the best sourcing channels and platforms for targeted candidate outreach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Marketing/HR to strengthen employer branding initiatives across social media, job boards, and university partnerships.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Candidate Management &amp; Selection:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from requisition creation to offer acceptance for assigned positions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured techniques and competency frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build talent pools for future needs.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Analytics, Reporting &amp; Compliance:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate tracking of applicant flow, hiring status, and onboarding outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate periodic reports (e.g., recruitment dashboard, Saudization Recruitment Report,..etc) and provide insights on hiring trends and metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with Saudization regulations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Stakeholder Collaboration:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on interviewing techniques and market availability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with internal teams (e.g., HR Ops, L&amp;D) to ensure smooth onboarding and talent integration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Process Optimization &amp; Projects
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Continuously improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support digital transformation of the recruitment function and implement best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to special HR projects related to organizational growth and Saudization initiatives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of
 
 4&ndash;5 years
 
 in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple job families.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency in English
 
 is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail.
 </li>
