 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execute and manage all architectural and fit-out activities on-site, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with project specifications, timelines, and budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee finishing works, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with design intent and consultant requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and validate architectural designs and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, organize, and manage daily site activities to ensure alignment with project schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise execution of all architectural works on-site, including finishing and fit-out activities, ensuring quality and adherence to approved drawings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of works.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver completed works to consultants and end users, ensuring all inspections, snag lists, and approvals are properly closed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and verify subcontractor invoices, progress, and material submittals before approval.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit progress reports and updates to the Project Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and civil teams to ensure smooth integration of all disciplines on-site.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor finishing activities such as plastering, painting, flooring, ceilings, partitions, and fa&ccedil;ade works to ensure compliance with specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and resolve site issues, design conflicts, and finishing challenges proactively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and quality requirements throughout all site activities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Architectural Engineering; project/construction management certifications preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 4 years&rsquo; experience in site architecture, especially finishing and fit-out projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with reputable architectural/construction firms on large-scale or high-end projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of finishing works: fit-out, interiors, fa&ccedil;ades, and materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of shop drawings, technical submittals, and construction documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Revit/BIM is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage site activities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership skills to supervise teams and drive on-site performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making for site and finishing issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work on-site in fast-paced environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail with focus on quality and design compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good coordination with multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, electrical).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with local codes, standards, and authority requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong commitment to quality, safety, and project delivery.
 </li>
