Job SummaryThe Operational Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of all rental branches, ensuring smooth fleet management, improving customer satisfaction, maintaining operational standards, and achieving company targets.The role requires strong coordination between branches, maintenance teams, customer service departments, and upper management to ensure efficient and profitable business operations.Key Responsibilities Branch Operations Management<ul><li>Supervise and manage operations across multiple rental branches.</li><li>Ensure all branches follow company policies and operational procedures.</li><li>Monitor branch performance and implement improvements where needed.</li><li>Maintain smooth daily rental operations and vehicle availability.</li></ul>Fleet Management<ul><li>Monitor vehicle utilization, availability, and fleet movement.</li><li>Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, cleaned, and ready for rental.</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance/workshop teams for repairs and inspections.</li><li>Reduce vehicle downtime and operational delays.
