 Purpose
 
 :
 
 
 
 
 
 To provide advanced technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning for Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) and Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems. You&rsquo;ll ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of critical equipment across industrial sites (Oil &amp; Gas, Water).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 :
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1. VSD Maintenance &amp; Repair:
 
 
 - Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs on Low-voltage VSDs.- Troubleshoot power electronics, IGBTs, control boards, cooling systems, and harmonic filters.- Conduct power quality analysis and waveform capture.
 
 
 
 
 
 2. ESP Operation &amp; Optimization:
 
 
 - Install, commission, and troubleshoot ESP systems (motor, pump, seal, sensor, surface
 
 
 VSD).- Monitor ESP performance data (amperage, vibration, temperature, pressure) to optimize run life and efficiency.
 
 
 
 
 
 3. Field Service Execution:
 
 
 - Lead on-site interventions independently, including emergency breakdown
 
 
 support.- Read and understand electrical schematics and control system diagrams.- Ensure work complies with HSE standards (LOTO, arc flash, confined space).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills and Qualif

 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 4 years of experience in Maintenance field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous Oil and Gas experience is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good reporting and documentation skills.
 </li>

Field Engineer (Commissioning)

 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Designs ESP solutions for wells, using SubPump software, as per client data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyses and troubleshoots ESP technical problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimizes ESP failure and improve its run life.
 </li>
 <li>
 Explore enhancement technologies and new Technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Explores enhancement technologies and new innovations to strengthen performance and deliver added value to clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follows up on monthly maintenance invoicing, installation report tickets with clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handles daily, weekly, monthly running ESP status monitoring and sends performance reports/ dashboard reports to clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitors consumption levels of ESP systems spare parts to avoid shortages and communicates replenishment requests to Inventory Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducts monthly inventory checks to reconcile discrepancies amongst actual vs. system indicated consumable parts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitors material costs across operations and works to improve Gross Margin (GM) per field through effective cost control and optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Visits with clients periodically to understand and respond to their ESP systems application specs/ requirements and coordinates internal efforts to meet such demands.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages and guides field operations staff in all aspects of ESP systems installation, troubleshooting, pre-commissioning and commissioning, and sends commissioning reports to clients, confirming ESP system suitability as per specs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitors daily ESP and well status, collets monthly well data from ESP monitoring tool and analyse data to check ESP performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitors and leverages ESP installation KPIs.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills and Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Electrical or Petroleum.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 7 years of experience in ESP oilfield rig and maintenance operations is required, including at least 2 years in ESP Application Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous ESP applications, troubleshooting, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning experience is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience with special engineering software for ESP Design and Well Performance Modelling (subpump) is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous Customer Relationship Management experience is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous Oil and Gas upstream processes&rsquo; experience is required.
 </li>
