We are a pressure cleaning company looking to immediately hire dispatcher / office assistant.The ideal candidate will have knowledge in labor office, dispatching, customer service, coordinating and basic office tasks.Job Description:<ul><li>Coordinating appointments based on the route of the day for the reps.</li><li>Occasionally assisting in creating and sending out quotes</li><li>Answering phones and scheduling estimates</li><li>Closing out completed appointments and confirming the customer is satisfied with the services received.</li><li>Collecting payments after jobs are completed.</li></ul>We're looking for a dedicated employee looking to grow with our company.Please send your resume to accounting @allaboutpressurecleaning.com or call 754-205-0475 and ask for Melissa.
