With hard work and the right attitude, you can build an amazing career in home remodeling sales.Key Responsibilities:Sales Funnel Oversight &amp; Lead Management<ul><li>Own the lead lifecycle from inquiry to close, ensuring handoffs between marketing, sales, and operations are seamless.</li><li>Audit, refine, and improve the lead tracking process using CRM, spreadsheets, or dashboards to ensure every lead is followed up.</li><li>Monitor and report on conversion rates, pipeline stages, sales timelines, and revenue attribution.</li><li>Collaborate with sales and front-office staff to keep all touchpoints aligned and effective.</li></ul>Marketing Execution &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Manage the company&rsquo;s marketing calendar and coordinate content across digital, print, and local channels.</li><li>Support and develop paid advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and community engagement efforts.</li><li>Coordinate internal and external resources (designers, agencies, vendors) to execute campaigns.</li><li>Track performance of all marketing channels; optimize based on ROI and cost-per-lead data.</li></ul>KPI Development &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators across marketing and lead conversion.</li><li>Build dashboards and weekly/monthly reports for leadership with clear insights and recommendations.</li><li>Spot bottlenecks in the sales funnel and work with teams to solve them&mdash;fast.</li><li>Forecast lead volume needed to hit revenue goals and help plan campaigns accordingly.</li></ul>Please complete our short online assessment here: to be considered for the role:https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfam6B6yNW7dQ3LdcO9vk_4bA05M7TjqaxYNihRmM-3DdwLjQ/viewform?usp=headerMust-Have Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, or CRM-driven lead management.</li><li>Strong understanding of sales funnels, KPIs, lead tracking, and conversion optimization.</li><li>Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, JobNimbus, etc.), spreadsheets, analytics tools, and project management software.</li><li>Experience coordinating marketing efforts across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, email, website).</li><li>Highly organized, data-minded, and results-driven&mdash;you don&rsquo;t just track metrics, you act on them.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills; you're comfortable working across departments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits<ul><li>15 days of PTO</li><li>Major Holidays Off</li><li>Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li><li>Salary: 60,000 Annually</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
