This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in banking, lending, and financial sales within a collaborative environment committed to professional growth.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist loan officers in originating loans by gathering necessary documentation and verifying borrower information</li><li>Support the loan processing cycle from application submission through approval, ensuring accuracy and completeness</li><li>Utilize financial software and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes</li><li>Conduct preliminary credit analysis using industry knowledge of risk assessment, lending standards, and financial regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act)</li><li>Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates on application status and address inquiries promptly</li><li>Ensure compliance with FNMA (Fannie Mae), mortgage services standards, and banking regulatory requirements throughout all procedures</li><li>Prepare contracts, loan documentation, and servicing files while adhering to industry best practices for financial compliance</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as an LOA in mortgage broker business.</li><li>Strong knowledge of mortgage products, commercial lending, and banking regulations including TILA and FNMA guidelines</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and basic math calculations</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Experience in financial sales or commercial banking is a plus; industry knowledge of financial regulations is highly valued</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career supporting clients through their lending journeys while sharpening your skills in a vibrant team environment.
