<p>As a <b>Business Development Representative (BDR)</b> at Apptopia, you'll be on the front line of our growth engine: generating, contacting, and qualifying prospects to create new business opportunities. You'll engage with potential customers, uncover their business objectives, and set them up for successful demo calls with our Account Executive team.</p>

<ul><li>Prospect and qualify a high volume of inbound leads from free sign-ups and other sources.<br>

Engage directly with prospects via phone, email, and creative outreach to understand their objectives.<br>
</li><li>
Develop personalized and creative messaging that resonates with decision makers.<br>
</li><li>
Book qualified demo meetings for Account Executives and hit/exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.<br>

Partner closely with the sales team to refine messaging, build pipeline, and grow revenue.<br>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What We're Looking For</b></h2>
<ul><li><b>1+ year</b> of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.<br>

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.<br>

Strong communication skills with excellent listening ability.<br>
</li><li>
Comfort leading conversations and asking open-ended questions.<br>

Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.<br>
