This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys coordinating between Residents, vendors, and property owners to keep homes in great condition.RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to): <ul><li>Ability to answer phones in a courteous and efficient manner</li><li>Assist in maintenance coordination and vendor relations.</li><li>Oversee rent collection and curing deficiencies.</li><li>Entering payables and handling receivables.</li><li>Assist with lease rentals, rental projections and inspection coordination.</li><li>Strong communication and organization skills with client and customer focus</li><li>Exercise common sense, good judgment, and consistency in day-to-day contact with clients, residents and prospective applicants and in other business-related matters</li><li>Assist with preparing the operational and capital budget for the properties, track and report on the financial performance of the property and implement strategies for enhancing the value of the asset.</li><li>Report weekly occupancy, vacancy loss, delinquencies, outstanding receivables and other items that impact daily performance.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Computer proficiency (Rent Manager experience a plus!)</li><li>Ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically</li><li>Previous property management or maintenance coordination experience preferred</li></ul>Why Join Us?At All County&reg;, we believe in teamwork, professionalism, and integrity.
