Job Overview Dispatcher/Customer Service representativeCoordinate fuel deliveries, assist customers with inquiries, and manage dispatch operations to ensure smooth and timely service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate daily fuel delivery schedules using transportation management systems and GPS technology to optimize routes and ensure timely deliveries</li><li>Convey information between management and drivers to ensure optimal company performance and minimize service disruptions</li><li>Respond promptly to customer calls, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries with professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
