About the Role:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Professional (MHP) to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will deliver vital mental health services that make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in our community. Working under the supervision of a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) and the program director, you will engage in community-based visits, where you will provide a range of supportive services&mdash;from crisis intervention and skills building to treatment planning and counseling.This is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about mental health to contribute to a supportive environment and help clients achieve their goals. If you're looking to grow your career while making a difference, we invite you to apply!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver strength-based, solution-focused therapeutic services within the community.</li><li>Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of each client&rsquo;s strengths, diagnoses, treatment goals, and plans.</li><li>Collaborate with Rehabilitation Services staff, community agencies, and natural supports to optimize client outcomes.</li><li>Regularly communicate clients&rsquo; progress, mood, functioning, medical issues, and any crisis or safety concerns.</li><li>Ensure timely documentation of session notes, no-shows, and challenges contacting clients in accordance with policy.</li><li>Attend all required training sessions and regular clinical supervision meetings with the Clinical or Team Manager.</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Flexible Schedule</li><li>On-call availability as needed</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Rehabilitation Services, or related fields from an accredited institution.</li><li>Fully licensed as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, CSW, or a psychology intern from an APA-approved program.</li><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience working with adults with severe mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, or chronic health conditions.</li><li>Strong understanding of recovery principles and recovery-driven service delivery models.</li><li>Must possess a valid Louisiana Driver&rsquo;s License and obtain necessary state and federal clearances.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy a work-life balance that fits your needs.</li><li>Specialization: Gain valuable experience in the field of Psychiatry.</li><li>Work Location: Embrace the opportunity to engage with clients through community-based visits, allowing for meaningful interactions and impactful support.</li><li>Education Requirement: Master&rsquo;s degree (required).</li></ul>Join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve!Pay: From $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Mental health counseling: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
