Job Description &ndash; Purchase ExecutiveJob Title: Purchase Executive Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Salary Range: &#8377;20,000 &ndash; &#8377;35,000 CTC Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Executive with strong experience in procurement, ERP management, vendor handling, and commercial operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in purchase order management, vendor follow-ups, rate negotiations, and technical knowledge of Injection Moulding Machine Parts.Key Responsibilities ERP &amp; Data Management<ul><li>Maintain Party Master in ERP.</li><li>Maintain Rate Master (Purchase).</li><li>Ensure proper item coding with complete description in Item Master.</li><li>Create and update Vendor Master in ERP.</li><li>Maintain Price List files (hard copy &amp; soft copy) with Director&rsquo;s signature.</li><li>Maintain and update Quotation files for goods and jobwork.</li></ul>Purchase Operations<ul><li>Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs).</li><li>Handle Technical &amp; Consumable ordering (including warranty items).</li><li>Process material replacements or rework outsourcing (e.g., body structure items).</li><li>Verify invoices against POs and delivery challans.</li><li>Coordinate for new R&amp;D purchase requirements.</li><li>Ensure service-related purchase coordination only for service requirements.</li></ul>Follow-up &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Regular order follow-ups with suppliers.</li><li>Coordinate with Stores for material inward and stock updates.</li><li>Arrange material transportation and logistics.</li><li>Coordinate with Machine Shop for RM (Raw Material) supply.</li><li>Maintain smooth vendor communication for timely supplies.</li></ul>Commercial &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Conduct rate inquiries for goods and jobwork.</li><li>Develop and evaluate new vendors for cost-effective sourcing.</li><li>Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.</li><li>Identify and evaluate item substitutes for cost/availability optimization.</li><li>Prepare and maintain price comparison charts with technical data sheets.</li><li>Explore and propose better alternatives for current solutions.</li><li>Visit vendors for quality checks, relationship building, and negotiations.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Purchase Order process, follow-up, and commercial handling.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP software (Purchase Module).</li><li>Good technical knowledge of Injection Moulding Machine Parts &amp; Industrial Consumables.</li><li>Excellent vendor negotiation and development skills.</li><li>Strong coordination with stores, accounts, and production teams.</li><li>Good analytical skills for price comparison and alternative sourcing.</li><li>Ability to manage documentation (hand copy &amp; soft copy).</li></ul>Educational Qualification<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Additional certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, or ERP will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
