You will drive an aggressive, proactive contact strategy that yields positive sales growth with both new and existing customers through data and campaign-based outbound phone calls that focus on product education and solutions-based consultative selling. Uncovering new contacts and opportunities on every call enables the Sales Representative to discover the needs of our customers, building a robust sales pipeline that consistently exceeds sales goals. This position is responsible for ensuring full account package penetration and sales goal achievement, improving customer retention through direct selling efforts focused on crafting solutions to win our customers&rsquo; business.If you have a hunter mentality, a polished, tenured skillset and agree that achieving your sales goal is the floor, not the ceiling and like to lean into change rather than shy away from it, we&rsquo;d like to connect with you!Essential Job functions:<ul><li>Conduct research on accounts to develop an understanding of the account&rsquo;s business issues and other relevant information to plan for proactive calls</li><li>Make a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing customers through call campaigns and proactive outreach</li><li>Follow established sales process to identify new and cross/upsell opportunities, develop sales solutions, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities</li><li>Drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline while simultaneously fostering personal relationships with potential and existing customers nationwide</li><li>Integrate all sales activities into CRM (Salesforce.com and Ring DNA) systems for timely, accurate reporting</li><li>Exceed all sales and activity metrics assigned</li></ul>isJob Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of Inside Sales experience with consistent sales goal achievement, via full penetration of account package</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of sales pipeline management experience</li><li>Experience of sustained out bound call volume of 40-60 calls per day to aligned customers, driving new contacts and opportunities on every call through SF.com, Ring DNA or other platforms</li><li>Experience creating strategy for account package through sales account plans, then driving documented execution via CRM tools</li></ul>Travel Requirements:<ul><li>&lt;10% travel</li></ul>Working Conditions: &middot; Salary Range : 33.65/ hr.- $35.09/ hr.&middot; Position is 100% On site<ul><li>Position requires individual to utilize a computer for long periods of time</li><li>Position requires individual to work independently</li><li>Position requires individual to work in a fun group setting</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $68,000.00 - $73,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
